This Agreement is entered into between AUTOWORX LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned Customer for the performance of automotive detailing, window tint, ceramic coating, and related services.

By signing below, Customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms.

Customer authorizes AUTOWORX LLC to perform the selected services on the described vehicle. Customer understands:

• Results vary based on vehicle age, paint condition, previous repairs, and environmental exposure.

• No service guarantees 100% defect, scratch, swirl, or stain removal.

• Vehicle is serviced in its current condition, “AS IS.”

• Customer is responsible for removing all personal belongings.

• For mobile service, Customer must provide reasonable access to the vehicle and, when required, water and/or electrical power.

• Full payment is due immediately upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customer acknowledges that automotive surfaces, trim, paint, glass, leather, plastics, and electronics may be aged, weakened, or previously damaged.

AUTOWORX LLC is NOT responsible for:

• Pre-existing scratches, rock chips, oxidation, rust, clear coat failure, or paint delamination

• Failure of brittle trim, moldings, emblems, weather seals, PPF, or vinyl

• Electrical or mechanical issues including window regulators, sensors, cameras, alarms, defrosters, or infotainment systems

• Water intrusion due to deteriorated seals or prior body damage

• Any defects or failures resulting from prior repairs, repainting, or aftermarket installations

Customer releases AUTOWORX LLC from any claim related to pre-existing conditions or latent failures revealed during or after service.

Maximum liability of AUTOWORX LLC for any claim, regardless of cause, is strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.

• Manufacturer Coating Warranty: Up to 5 years (per product terms)

• AUTOWORX LLC Workmanship Warranty: 1 year from installation

To maintain warranty validity, Customer must:

• Complete a 30-day post-install inspection and maintenance wash

• Complete annual maintenance inspections thereafter

• Wash using safe hand-wash methods only

• NEVER use automatic or brush car washes

Warranty is void if any of the following occur:

• Automatic car wash use

• Improper washing techniques or harsh chemicals

• Skipping required inspections

• Paintwork, body repair, polishing, or sanding after coating

• Accidents, environmental fallout, or chemical contamination

Warranty covers coating failure only. It does NOT cover paint defects, stone chips, scratches, or abuse.

• Film is covered by manufacturer warranty against bubbling, peeling, cracking, or fading.

• AUTOWORX LLC provides a 1-year installation warranty.

Customer acknowledges:

• Normal curing haze and water pockets may be present for up to 14 days

• Windows must remain closed for 48–72 hours post-install

• Rear defroster lines and aging glass carry inherent risk

• AUTOWORX LLC is not responsible for pre-existing glass damage or electrical failures

Non-refundable booking deposits are required:

• Detailing: $50

• Window Tint: $50

• Ceramic Coating: $100

Deposits apply toward final invoice.

• Minimum 48-hour notice required for cancellation or reschedule

• Less than 48 hours = deposit forfeited

• No-shows = deposit forfeited and new deposit required to rebook

• Weather-related reschedules for mobile service are allowed once without penalty

Customer agrees that AUTOWORX LLC shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Loss of use, loss of income, or diminished value claims

• Claims exceeding the amount paid for the service rendered

Customer agrees to hold harmless and indemnify AUTOWORX LLC from any third-party claims arising from the vehicle’s condition.

Customer certifies that:

• They are the legal owner or authorized agent

• They approve all services requested

• They accept all terms of this Agreement

• Digital or written signature constitutes full legal acceptance
